Applications for both craft market and food stalls open on 20 FEBRUARY 2013. Both must be submitted on or before 15 APRIL 2013 for selection.
Provisional placing will be done as applications are received but Pink Loerie Mardi Gras reserves the right to move stalls at any time before the final placing is done. Successful applicants will be informed from 15 April 2013. No stall will be allowed move or to change their position with someone else without permission.
Photos and a full product description must accompany applications. Without this information, applications cannot be considered. The committee will grant preference to handcrafted products displaying creativity and originality. The decision of the committee is final and no further correspondence will be entered into. Please note that food stalls must comply with the local municipality’s fire- and health regulations. A copy of the above mentioned document will be attached together with the letter of approval and will also be available at the festival office. It is the responsibility of the food stall holders to provide their own fire extinguishers and cooling equipment for perishables. Food stalls are restricted to the products they have been granted to sell.
If a payment has not yet been made, successful applicants must do so directly into the Pink Loerie Mardi Gras account (see bank details below) not later than 20 April 2013. Cancelling after payment, a non-refundable cancellation fee of 10% will be charged. If cancelled after 20 April 2013, no refunds will be made.

Exhibitors are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements. For advice in this regard visit the website, www.pinkloerieco.za Staying overnight on the festival terrain is strictly forbidden.
Exhibitors must register on Thursday 30 April 2013 between 14:00 and 19:00. (venue to be announced) Exhibitors, who fail to register at given times, will forfeit their fees and stalls, which will be reallocated by Pink Loerie Mardi Gras.
• Pink Loerie Mardi Gras reserves the right to suspend an exhibitor for bad behavior. • No animals or loud music will be permitted in the market area. • Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their own stalls neat and tidy. • No sub-letting is allowed. • Tables, chairs and other equipment may be hired from local business. • Pink Loerie Mardi Gras does not accept responsibility for products not selling.
Maximum size 10MB
R850 per 3x2m for the duration of the Pink Loerie Mardi Gras. Stall can be erected from Tuesday 30 April 2012. All stall must be ready for trade from Wednesday 1 Mayl 2013.
